Today Vasantha athai visited our home. She helped identify many edible greens in the garden. By collecting handful of leaves from each (around eight) of the plants, i cooked a kadayal with tamarind. This mixed greens is commonly known as kalavai keerai. It tasted quite good. It felt very good to know that there is so much of edible varieties in the garden. Weeds are good indeed.

For the past two days, i've been having running nose. So in the evening, skipped the weeding, and just watered the plants.

Later in the day, Mr Marimuthu came home and gave Shankhupushpam seeds. Need to plant it in the balcony in the coming days.
