2026-10-04

In the past the templates for Org Roam was changed multiple times to fix issues related to timestamp. This caused multiple timestamp formats to exist in the headers like org native [2026-10-04 Sun 14:05] along with ISO format [2026-09-29T21:34:24+05:30].

Fixed the templates today along with historical notes and journal entries. This is another technical debt settled.
