Kiluvai

Kiluvai as live fence can be grown from sticks. Each stick costs ₹8 to ₹10 from suresh at gopi or from pudukottai. Transport charges needs to be considered. Dost@omandur cost ₹18 per km

Soundal

Leucaena leucocephala also known as Subabul is one of the fastest growing species suitable for live fence and fodder crops.

gliricidia

Unknown crotons

A small crotons variety sold by Siva nursery was suggested for live fence. 5+3 plants were bought for ₹50 and mohan planted 5 as it is and made around 30 saplings and planted on the eastern border.
