Waaree

Waaree is a solar panel and other allied product manufacturer. Bough 5 Nos 120W solar panels from them in 2010’s and sold three of them to various people.

Placed an order for 3 Nos of 530Wp of WAAREE 530Wp 144 Cells Framed Dual Glass Mono PERC Bifacial Solar Module at ₹33387 on 2024-03-23.

These panels are to be installed at Thenkodipakkam Openwell located at 17-2 to support the DC Motor bought from RIPS Technology to power the Drip Irrigation to Coconut and Casuarina crops.

Panels arrived today i.e 2024-04-01, unfornutately found one of the panel to be broken on opening. Called Waaree customer support and they asked me not to open the panel and someone will come and inspect.

Spoke to customer support twice today 2024-04-02. They kept assuring someone will follow up. Unfortunately, the customer support does not have a ticketing system. I spoke to Ramprasadh, and Sanjay(who speaks tamil). No follow up from their sales or backend team yet at EOD.

As of 2024-04-16, the replacement panels were supposed to be dispatched today. No reply at EOD to the email sent earlier in the day.
