Maintenance of stuff in any home is an ongoing activity. Toilets by their nature require regular maintenance. Electrical wiring may require alternations based on changed needs. Masonry works are rare but has its own challenges. We also have a Solar Installation at home.

Other than these physical things there are also a number of gadgets to take care of. In early'26, did a fun HTPC project to make use of unused sony speakers.
