Journaling again

This is another attempt to start using the journal. Today did another round of cleaning up the init.el and fixed Youtube-dl and Audio Video Editing in Linux documents.

Aniruth fry cooked Anchovy - nethili. He bought half a kg and it turned out be good.

Made some minor changes in Org Roam for journaling. Added some reading material links.

Fixed baseof.html in hugo_server site, so that text content is properly centred on the page.
